kiraya Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" include these Terms & Conditions together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the kiraya platform that are expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Where any inconsistency exists between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To access any real-money service on the kiraya platform, you must first complete the account registration process and satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. kiraya reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are only permitted to register and maintain a kiraya account if you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kiraya is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer.
• You are accessing the kiraya platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether gambling online is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by kiraya or any other gambling operator — that is currently in effect.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who lack legal capacity under the laws applicable to them may not register an account.
• You have not previously had a kiraya account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). You must ensure that all registration information is truthful at the time of submission and remains current throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one active kiraya account at any given time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, different email addresses, different payment methods, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kiraya will close all accounts associated with the individual, and any balances including bonus funds and withdrawable winnings may be forfeited at kiraya's sole discretion.

2.4 KYC Verification

kiraya may request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a passport, or a utility bill confirming residential address. kiraya may also request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account in your name. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within 14 days may have their account suspended.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. kiraya will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify kiraya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual. kiraya accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the kiraya platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kiraya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used by Bangladeshi players. No foreign currency transactions are processed. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit, although kiraya may apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the same name as your kiraya account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• kiraya does not charge any fees for deposits, although your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — you are responsible for checking these independently.
• Deposits are generally credited to your kiraya account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. kiraya accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• kiraya reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds if a deposit appears unusual in size or frequency, or if required for compliance purposes.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used to make deposits into the kiraya account, or to an account verified as belonging to the same registered player. This policy is maintained strictly for fraud prevention purposes.
• kiraya targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 60 minutes to mobile wallets following approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, the time of the request, and any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• kiraya reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification checks prior to processing large withdrawal requests. These checks are standard procedure and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• If a withdrawal request is declined, kiraya will notify the player and return the funds to the player's on-platform wallet balance with an explanation.

3.3 Responsible Payment Practices

Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk. kiraya strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits on their accounts to help manage their spending. Deposit limits can be configured from the account settings dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

kiraya offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is activated, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. The following general terms apply to all kiraya promotional offers.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a registered, verified kiraya account in good standing. Players who have triggered any form of account restriction or self-exclusion are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus or new player promotion once only. Attempting to claim a new player bonus multiple times — including via additional accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed using bonus funds before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for match deposit bonuses is stated clearly on each promotion page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all casino games contribute to wagering requirements at the rates specified in the bonus terms for that promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation, stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused or un-wagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of this period.
• kiraya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated it, kiraya will honour the bonus for that player under the original terms where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or exploitation of perceived loopholes in bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Seasonal and event-specific promotions — including Eid promotions, BPL betting specials, IPL bonus offers, and Pohela Boishakh seasonal credits — are subject to additional specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion.

All games available on the kiraya platform — including slots, live casino tables, virtual racing, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game studios and sports betting providers. kiraya is the platform through which these games are made available; the underlying game logic, RNG systems, and dealer operations are managed entirely by the studios supplying the games, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

5.1 RNG Certification

All slot titles and virtual game outcomes on the kiraya platform are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently tested and validated by accredited testing laboratories. kiraya does not alter, intercept, or influence RNG outputs. Published RTP (return to player) percentages for slot games reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game as certified by the supplying studio and are accurate to the best of kiraya's knowledge based on information provided by game suppliers.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games available through kiraya are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The dealing of cards, spinning of roulette wheels, and all other game-determining actions are performed by human dealers on camera and are not subject to any intervention by kiraya. Technical streaming failures that result in game interruption are subject to the voiding and settlement policies of the individual studio provider, details of which are available in each game's in-interface help section.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on kiraya, including cricket, handball, football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each bet type. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled according to the kiraya sports betting rules applicable to that market, which are published in the sports section of the platform. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match markets are subject to standard cricket betting settlement rules unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

5.4 Disputes

In the event of a game outcome dispute, the records held by kiraya and the relevant game studio or sports data provider will be treated as definitive. Players who believe a game has been settled incorrectly should contact kiraya support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event, providing the game name, date, time, and relevant transaction or round ID. kiraya will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate outcomes to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

By registering and using the kiraya platform, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited behaviours listed below. kiraya's ability to maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players depends on every player upholding these standards.

6.1 Player Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and in all communications with kiraya support.
• You must keep your account login credentials secure and not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must use the platform only for your own personal entertainment and must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, including any applicable tax obligations on gambling winnings — these obligations are yours alone and kiraya accepts no responsibility for them.
• You must play responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming harmful.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiraya platform:

• Creating or operating more than one player account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. All suspicious account activity will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Using any form of automated betting software, exploit tool, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiraya support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the kiraya platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any activity that kiraya reasonably determines to be an attempt to defraud the platform, its players, or its payment partners.

kiraya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their kiraya account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered BDT payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the kiraya platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via the account settings dashboard or by contacting support. During any self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims can be made. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming reasons take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Company-Initiated Suspension: kiraya may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During a suspension the player cannot access their balance, place bets, or make withdrawals.
• Company-Initiated Closure: Following a completed investigation, kiraya may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or underage gambling, kiraya reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. kiraya will attempt to notify the player by email before applying any administrative fee or closure to an inactive account in accordance with its inactive account policy.

kiraya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kiraya takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from technical errors, or accuracy of all information displayed on the platform.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiraya's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• kiraya shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• kiraya accepts no liability for losses arising from: a player's breach of these Terms; third-party payment provider delays or failures; internet connectivity issues outside kiraya's control; force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; or a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through kiraya's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
